Did you forget about scheduling your yearly screening mammogram with all the holiday hustle and bustle?! No worries! There is still time to get that scheduled.

All three of our facilities (Parkview North, Carew, and Southwest) have screening appointments available through the end of the year. If you would like to schedule your appointment, feel free to call one of our friendly schedulers at 260-672-6530 and they will assist you with getting your appointment made!
